DSCI has entered into several subcontracting agreements with awardees of the U.S. Army Communications-Electronic Life Cycle Management Command (C-E LCMC) Strategic Services Sourcing (S3) program. The five-year S3 program, with a $19.25B ceiling and additional five-year option, was established to provide rapid, comprehensive, and cost-effective engineering, logistical and business operations support to the Command Control Communication and Computer Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) community.
